Comfort Transits needed a more modern and structured website that could clearly communicate its transportation, tour, group, and accessibility services. I redesigned the website around a clearer customer journey, stronger visual storytelling, improved service presentation, and more prominent opportunities for visitors to explore and book.
The Challenge
Comfort Transits had a strong range of transportation and tourism services, but the existing website did not communicate them as clearly or effectively as it could. The information lacked a strong visual hierarchy, the customer journey was not clearly structured, and key services such as accessible transportation and tours needed greater prominence. The redesign focused on turning the existing information into a clearer, more engaging experience that could guide visitors from discovering the services to taking action.
