1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Olsamtech LTD ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the olsamtech.com website (the "Service"). By accessing the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms & Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Scope of Professional Services

Olsamtech LTD operates as a digital technology, development, and growth consultancy. The scope, pricing specifications, delivery milestones, and terms for custom design mockups, Webflow/WordPress CMS architectures, Flutter mobile applications, cognitive automation, Python scripts, or SEO auditing campaigns are defined in detail in specific Project Work Orders or Service Contracts. We reserve the right to modify service categories, tool allocations, and pricing structures at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Ordering & Onboarding Wizard

Our Service features a multi-step ordering wizard located at `/start-a-project` designed to collect project profiles. Registration via this wizard does not commit Olsamtech LTD to deliver services until scope definitions are completed and client signatures are obtained. The system architecture is gateway-ready; however, final invoice models will be finalized with you before payment channels are activated. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information for all wizard fields.

4. Intellectual Property & Licenses

Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, visual logos, database schemas, sitemap structures, and layouts. Regarding deliverables constructed specifically for you under a paid contract:

• Upon receipt of full payment of all outstanding project fees, the intellectual property rights of all custom design visual layouts and custom software source code will be transferred to you.
• We grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to utilize any base libraries, utility routines, or background code blocks integrated into your deliverables.

5. Client Responsibilities & Project Dependencies

To execute campaigns, development tasks, or automation scripts efficiently, you agree to cooperate with our teams by providing necessary assets, corporate logos, copy blocks, API keys (for Brevo, payment processors, CRMs), hosting credentials, domain configurations, and access permissions in a timely manner. We are not responsible for project delays or PageSpeed calibration failures resulting from client-side credential delays or unconfigured integrations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You agree that your use of the website and our services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy of search console rank indexes, conversion rate increases, or traffic volumes, as these depend on search engines algorithms and market dynamics.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Olsamtech LTD or our directors, employees, or partners be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the website or our technological services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These terms and any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction where Olsamtech LTD is legally registered. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of such location to resolve any legal action or proceeding.
